3 Interesting Skills I Learnt During Covid-19 Lockdown

And how I changed my mindset during the process

2020 was not the best year, to say the least.

We’ve had social distancing, economic turmoil, a devastating disease, and even before all that, good old Donald Trump decided to almost start WW3 by ordering a drone to strike on Iranian General Qasem Soleimani — you forgot that happened didn’t you!

However, even though all that happened, I decided to make the best out of the situation, and during the long, isolated months of lockdown, I set myself a challenge to learn 3 interesting skills I had never attempted before!

Skill 1: Lock Picking

I got the idea to do this from a YouTube video by Mike Boyd in which he learned to pick a lock in just under 1 hour!

At first, I thought it was mad, especially as the locks he picked were the commercially used ones that secure our front doors from thieves and burglars!

So, I jumped on the bandwagon and immediately bought myself a relatively high-end lock picking set from Amazon (here's the link if you are interested).

I was incredibly excited when it finally arrived about 3 days later and I started immediately using it to attack a spare padlock I found…
