The darkest of times in my life were some of the most pivotal, perhaps also the most memorable. But it is because of those times that I have become the person I am today.
Everyone has experienced those moments in life.
From heartbreaking breakups to the saddest deaths, no one is free from having suffered and those who are successful have only endured the hardest of times to get to where they are today.
For me personally, I have been through many emotional and physical struggles during my life. However, what’s interesting is that throughout my journey, I have also learnt many lessons and discovered countless techniques that helped me cope through these struggles.
This is what I want to share with you today and it’s the reason I wrote this article because I hope that perhaps one day, you’ll find use in some of what I have to say and it might perhaps help you through your personal struggles as well!
